Mr. Louie Llamas

Mr. Llamas has 28 years experience in technology sales, holding senior level executive positions with firms like Seagate Technology, Western Digital, and Hitachi. As an executive in sales he has a frontline perspective on technology trends and capital expenditures programs being executed by Fortune 500 firms. Additionally, he has built significant relationships within the greater Silicon Valley which broadens his scope of information outside technology.
Mr. Derek Nordman
Industry: Biotechnology
Mr. Nordman has a wealth of knowledge deriving from 25 years of experience in Biotechnology, Real Estate and Investment Finance. He is currently employed by Genentech, Inc, where he has held a variety of senior commercial operations positions spanning an 18 year career with the biotechnology pioneer. In addition, Derek is Co-Founder and President of Corporate Operations for InnoVenture Group, Inc, an integrated Real Estate Investment and Services company. Prior to these current roles, Derek spent over half a decade in the Financial Industry working for Franklin Templeton. Mr. Ranson Webster

Ranson W. Webster is the founder and a managing member of Evergreen Capital LLC, an early stage investment company that focuses on and invests in start-up Internet, service-oriented and biotech companies.
A successful and innovative businessman, Mr. Webster founded Computing Resources, Inc. (CRI) in 1978 specializing in automating accounting functions. Over the years, Mr. Webster's vision allowed CRI to gain national recognition as the nation's fourth-largest quality payroll services provider, servicing over 32,000 businesses nationwide. In March of 1999, CRI announced it had agreed to a merger with Intuit, and Mr. Webster served as Chairman and CEO of Intuit's payroll division (CRI) until March 2000.
Mr. Webster currently serves on the boards of Heetronix, Inzap Inc, Athena On-line, and hCell Technology Inc. Other investments include Salu.net, Sand Hill Capital II, Customer Link, Turbo Coverage, Sierra Sciences, Bridge Bank of Silicon Valley and Heritage Bank of Commerce. A resident of Reno since 1972, Mr. Webster is currently Chairman of the Board for the National Automobile Museum - The Harrah Collection; a past Chairman of the Financial Advisory Board for the city of Reno; an Artown board member; and the Governor's appointee for The Commission On Education Technology
Mr. Carl Nordman
Industry: Financial Services
Carl is a financial professional with IBM and is an expert in all aspects of accounting, auditing, and financial management with a focus on financial services companies. In addition, Mr. Nordman has broad experience with modeling and valuation analytics in respect to M&A activity in micro- and small capitalization companies. Education: Carl received his BA in Finance and Economics from the University of California at Berkley and his MBA in Finance and Operations from Yale University.
